- ⚠️ FLAT BY 4:50 PM ET — 9 minutes earlier than most firms (4:59 PM ET). Zero open positions AND pending orders required.
- Trading resumes at 6:00 PM ET. Positions can be held overnight within the same Globex session (6 PM ET → 4:50 PM ET next day).
- EOD Trailing drawdown — trails from highest end-of-day balance. Locks once account profit equals starting MLL.
- 40% consistency rule in eval. 40% funded consistency for first ~3 payouts; relaxes after that.
- Split: 80/20 (Sim Funded-Pro) → 90/10 (Live Funded Pro after performance milestones).
- Payouts: request anytime, minimum every 3 days between requests, min $500 per request. Same-day processing (within 24 hrs). ACH, PayPal, bank wire.
- News restriction in funded only: flat 1 min before/after Tier-1 events (FOMC, CPI, NFP, red-folder). No news restriction in evaluation.
